In his role, he owns available payment methods, their customer experience, costs, compliance, as well as new payment methods enablement to generate customer access and engagement on Amazon. William and his team are actively working with the payments supply chain to bring the customers’ needs and merchants’ views to the table, whether it is with partners or banks and regulators, with a goal to increase customers’ choice and trust in Amazon checkout.
