The EMA submitted a response to the FCA consultation CP18/25: Approach to final Regulatory Technical Standards and EBA guidelines under the revised Payment Services Directive (PSD2) on 12 october 2018.
The EMA submitted a Consultation Response to Draft EBA Guidelines on the conditions to be met to benefit from an exemption from contingency measures under Art.33(6) of the RTS on SCA and CSC on 13 August 2018.
Together with Fdata, TechUK and UK Finance, the EMA has developed draft voluntary industry guidance setting out best practice for screen-scraping during the transition period until the RTS on SCA and CSC comes into force in Q3 2019.
