The EMA sent a letter to John Glen MP in light of the Recommendations put forward by the House of Commons Treasury Select Committee Economic Crime Report on addressing issues related to APP scams (para 118). The letter provides the EMA’s views on the Recommendation that the government legislate to give the PSR the power to mandate automatic reimbursement by PSPs to APP scam victims.
