
We are pleased to invite EMA member firms to attend an Annual Consumer Duty Training session, designed to support firms in meeting their obligations under the FCA’s Consumer Duty and maintaining appropriate training records.

This training series is the capstone to our implementation plans. Each session focuses on different aspects of the Consumer Duty and is aimed at different stakeholders within our business.
The training sessions will include examples and analysis specific to the e-money and payments business.
