EMA Consumer Duty Training for e-money and payments firms

TRAINING INFORMATION

The Consumer Duty rules apply from 31 July 2023. The rules set down a higher standard of conduct towards consumers and represent a positive cultural shift for our sector.

This training series is the capstone to our implementation plans. Each session focuses on different aspects of the Consumer Duty and is aimed at different stakeholders within our business.

The training sessions will include examples and analysis specific to the e-money and payments business.
